ARE YOUR PRICES CHEAPER THAN THE COMPETITION?

Generally, yes…... and often, a lot cheaper! We do not aim to be a pet shop in the traditional sense. We are dedicated to providing you with a limited range of quality pet foods and pet accessories at “wholesale” prices. In order to do this we keep our overheads down by providing a “warehouse type” sales environment and by developing strategic relationships with local and international suppliers. In addition, we are using the internet to make selection and acquisition of our products simpler, which also benefits you.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

From our Store, select the items you are interested in. (You can adjust quantities in your cart later) and click ADD TO CART. When you are finished shopping, select CHECKOUT. Once your order is complete and saved, your selections will be picked by our staff and either kept for your pick up or delivered to your home if you selected this option. Arrangements for payment must be concluded before goods are delivered. You will always be notified when your order is ready for pick up or delivery.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

If an item is out of stock, we will suggest an alternative or let you know when the item you requested will be back in stock. Unfortunately, in Jamaica, it is not uncommon for a distributor to be out of stock for weeks so it is difficult to give precise dates.

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Orders for items, that have not been collected or delivered, can be canceled by sending a notice to custsvc@avsdistributors.com or by calling any of our regular numbers during office hours.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT FOR ONLINE PURCHASES?

Currently we do not accept payment online. You will be required to pay for your order when you collect it or pay the driver when your order is delivered. We accept cash, most credit cards and cheques from pre-qualified customers. Cheques should be made payable to: AVS Distributors.

WILL YOU DELIVER TO MY HOME?

Yes. If you are able to wait up to 48 hours for delivery in the “flat” metropolitan Kingston area, we charge a flat $250 to deliver. If you need same day delivery, the charge is $500 as long as you place your order before 1 pm. Delivery is available elsewhere for additional charges. Other conditions may apply.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

AVS Distributors does not share your information with any other company for any reason. From time to time you may receive “Special Customer” offers from us. See our section in titled Privacy Policy.
